How long does it take?
Starter sites typically launch in 1–2 weeks; Growth and Pro in 2–3 weeks. The biggest variable is how quickly we get your menu, photos, and hours from you.
What do you need from me?
Your menu, your best photos (phone photos are fine — we can work with them), your hours and contact info, and about an hour of your time across the whole project.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to start, 50% at launch. Monthly care plans start the month after launch and are month-to-month — cancel anytime, no contracts.
What does the monthly care plan cover?
Starter ($39/mo): hosting, security updates, and quick tweaks to hours and contact info. Growth ($59/mo): everything in Starter plus unlimited menu and content edits, plus a twice-yearly refresh of photos, menu, and seasonal pages. Pro ($79/mo): everything in Growth plus the AI concierge tools, automated review requests, and a quarterly refresh of photos, menu, and seasonal pages. Skip the plan and you still own your site — you'd just handle hosting and updates yourself.
Can I get the AI tools without the Pro package?
